Selling swim gear means holding a little of your information. This page lists exactly what, why, and how to make us delete it.

What We Collect

Two streams. What you type in yourself: name, email, delivery address, the contents of your order. And what arrives on its own while you browse: browser type, pages viewed and how you found us, gathered through cookies and analytics.

Why We Hold It

• To charge, pack and deliver your order.
• To answer questions and fix problems when they come up.
• To learn which pages of the site earn their keep.
• To send offers and news — only if you opted in.

Who Else Sees It

Nobody buys your data from us, because it is not for sale. It passes to our payment processor and shipping partners because orders cannot be charged or delivered without that, and to authorities where the law compels it. That is the whole list.

Your Rights

Ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction of anything wrong, or full deletion. One email to [email protected] does it.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to what we store. We won’t claim invulnerability — no honest shop on the internet can.
