The 30-Day Window

Most items can come back within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Swimwear needs to be unworn with hygiene liners in place, and everything should return in the packaging it arrived in — a suit still folded, goggles still in their case.

How to Start

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and what didn’t work out.
2. We respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack it up, follow the instructions, and drop it with the carrier.

Refunds

Once the return reaches us and passes a quick check, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Allow 5–7 business days from the day we receive the parcel.

Size Exchanges

Suits are the most exchanged item we sell, and we treat it as routine: tell us the size or color you need and we’ll set the swap up, stock permitting. Between sizes? Competitive swimmers usually size down for racing and stay true to size for practice.

Damaged or Defective

A split seam, a goggle strap that snapped on day one, a parka zipper that never worked — send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace or refund it at no cost to you.
